Norland is the Community Program Manager at the National Rural Health Resource Center where she leads The Center's Community and Population Health services. Norland conducts Community Health Assessments and facilitates strategic planning sessions for rural hospitals. She has contributed towards numerous manuals and toolkits for guiding State Flex Programs, rural health networks, and critical access hospitals across the country in identifying best practices and innovations for achieving the Triple Aim and successfully transitioning towards value-based purchasing.
