The application deadline to secure space at the 2020 Minnesota Rural Health Conference has passed. It is still possible to commit to a Gold or Platinum sponsorship to secure an exhibit booth.
Exhibit space at the 2020 Minnesota Rural Health Conference will be assigned through an application system instead of the first-come, first-serve approach utilized in previous years. Exhibit space is limited and has historically sold out within hours of becoming available for purchase.
The application system will allow us to ensure the exhibit hall includes the organizations most relevant to our audience, leading to increased interest, traffic, and leads for all vendors.
Exhibit Pricing:
- Commercial: $1,000
- Government/Non-profit: $500
Please complete the following form by March 13, 2020 to apply for exhibit space. Completing this form does not obligate you to purchase an exhibit booth. Applicants will be informed whether they were selected to exhibit in April. Selected organizations will receive instructions and deadline to purchase or decline their booth.
