Securing Your Sponsorship

The deadline to reserve a sponsorship is Friday, May 12, 2023. Please complete the form below to apply for a sponsorship. Conference staff will follow up to complete the process. Sponsors will be invoiced by the National Rural Health Resource Center with payment due 30 days from the invoice date.

Sponsorship opportunities are available on a first come, first served basis.

Sponsor Eligibility

Conference hosts may decline sponsors that are not aligned with the goals and objectives of the Minnesota Rural Health Conference or are not relevant to attendees.

Cancellation Policy

All sponsorships are final upon receipt of payment. Sponsorships are non-refundable.
