The Minnesota Rural Health Conference’s Exhibit Hall offers a cost-effective opportunity for vendors, partners, and consultants to promote products and services, connect with decision makers, and deepen relationships with both current and prospective clients and customers.
Attendees at the conference, one of the country's largest state rural health conferences, typically include: health care executives, health care providers, network directors, representatives from health plans and accountable care organizations, health professions students and educators, staff from government agencies, elected and appointed officials, and other community members and leaders.
General exhibit space is sold out! Please join the wait list to be contacted if space becomes available.
All Exhibitor packages include:
- Exhibitor Booth Space: A skirted, 8-foot long table; two chairs; pipe and drape; and access to conference Wi-Fi. (Additional purchases are required to secure access to electricity, monitors, and high-top tables.)
- Conference Registration: Receive two complimentary full-conference registrations (including meals and reception).
- Conference App Promotion: Reach conference attendees on their smartphones through promotion in the conference app on an exhibitor page listing your organization's logo; in an organizational profile; and in a listing in the virtual conference program.
- General Promotion: Conference attendees will receive a "passport" card at registration — to encourage traffic in the Exhibit Hall. Attendees who have their cards stamped by all exhibitors will be eligible for a prize drawing.
Five blocks of time during the conference are dedicated specifically for attendees to visit with exhibitors.
