The application deadline to secure space at the 2020 Minnesota Rural Health Conference has passed. It is still possible to commit to a Gold or Platinum sponsorship to secure an exhibit booth.

A More Vibrant Exhibit Hall

The conference committee heard your feedback! Exhibitor feedback from last year’s evaluations indicated an overall positive experience with a desire for more interaction with conference participants.

This year, we’ve redesigned the exhibit hall to encourage more participant traffic. The hall will offer plenty of tables and seating for participants. We will continue serving all scheduled breakfasts, lunches, and breaks in the hall.

The new hall layout also reduces the total number of available exhibits. With increased traffic and less competition, you can expect to capture far more attention than previous years.

Connect with Participants

Each conference participant receives an exhibitor passport to encourage direct interaction at exhibit booths. Participants who visit exhibitors to get their passports stamped qualify for prize drawings.

Utilize your page on the conference app to share your contact information, website, social media pages, handouts, and other information with participants. The app also features a photo scavenger hunt to encourage exhibit hall traffic.

Exhibit packages include:

  • NEW! Two full-conference registrations (any additional staff must register).
  • 8x10 booth space including draped backdrop and side rails, one 8’ skirted table, two (2) chairs (additional chairs must be purchased through the DECC), and identification sign with company name and booth number.
    • Additional exhibit services are provided by the DECC. Please work with the DECC to secure additional items, i.e. power cords, drayage etc.
  • Free wireless internet is available throughout the conference center.
  • A complete list of pre-registered conference participants will become available in PDF format on the conference website the Friday prior to the conference (not earlier). Email addresses are only provided to our platinum sponsors. 
  • An organization listing in the conference program that is provided to all attendees.
  • An organizational page and logo in the conference app, listing website, social media links, description, handouts, and contact information. Exhibitors will receive information to build their own app page at a later date.

All scheduled breakfasts, breaks, and lunches will be held in the exhibit hall. Lunch lines open to exhibitors a half-hour in advance. Coffee and water will be available throughout the conference in the exhibit hall.

Please coordinate any additional prize activities at your exhibit booth.

Secure Your Space

The application deadline to secure space at the 2020 Minnesota Rural Health Conference has passed.

Exhibit space will be assigned through an application system instead of the first-come, first-serve approach utilized in previous years. 

The exhibitor application process will allow us to ensure the exhibit hall includes the organizations most relevant to our audience, leading to increased interest, traffic, and leads for all vendors. Vendor selection will include evaluation of the following questions:

  • Is this exhibit relevant to our audience?
  • Does this exhibit include products or services that are valuable to our audience?
  • Will this exhibit provide an engaging experience for conference participants?

Please complete the exhibit application form by March 13, 2020. Completing the application does not obligate you to purchase an exhibit booth. Applicants will be informed whether they were selected to exhibit in April. Selected organizations will receive instructions and deadline to purchase or decline their booth.

Cancellations

Cancellations received after April 24, 2020 will not be refunded. Written cancellation of exhibit space must be received by the National Rural Health Resource Center by April 24, 2020 to receive a refund minus a $40 processing charge.
