Cancellations

Participant registration fees, minus a $40 processing charge, will be refunded if written cancellation is received by May 19, 2017. No refunds will be issued after May 19, 2017. If a registered person cannot attend, a substitute is welcome. Please contact ruralhealthconference@ruralcenter.org or (218) 216-7041 to make cancellation or substitution requests.

Exhibitors and Sponsors: Exhibit booths and some sponsorship opportunities include a complimentary full registration. Please add those products to your cart first:

  • Exhibit space is sold out. You may complete the waiting list form to be notified if space becomes available, or commit to a Platinum Sponsorship that includes an exhibit booth.

Contact information, email addresses and meal preferences for each participant are required for registration. You will be asked to provide those details on the next screens.

Register by May 19, 2017 to receive early bird rates. Higher regular registration rates will be in effect after May 19, 2017. Online registration closes at 4:00 p.m. Monday, June 12, 2017. Onsite registration fees will be $25 higher than the regular registration rates.
